Colter Ripley is the founder, the CEO and the Creative Director of Video In Vancouver. He has provided marketing and communications consulting on countless projects involving many established and growing Vancouver companies, including the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Crossfit Vancouver and Telus Active Living. He is a graduate of The Art Institute of Vancouver, specializing in directing and cinematography.

Scot Proudfoot is a cinematography and lighting professional, and has traveled all over the world shooting. He loves epic and beautiful lighting and you’ll see his name in the dictionary under organized. He has considerable experience in large commercial projects.
Scot is often requested by name because of his solid work ethic and inspiring attitude. He could very well be the first to crack you up and he is one of the most technically savvy on-set people you will meet.

Ben McBurnie is a post production professional with Australian credits in documentaries, television programs, and live concert DVDs for bands such as Wolfmother, Gotye, and Hilltop Hoods. Ben’s recent Canadian credits include a 20-episode childrens educational web series, a music video for Universal Music, and multiple cinematic corporate videos with Video In Vancouver.

Joni Summerton has managed the organization of hundreds of digital film productions since 2007. She has also provided organization consulting for over 20 companies and has studied project management, film production management, and theatre stage management. Her creative side comes from storytelling through writing, directing, singing, and acting. Joni holds a BA in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
